4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is confirmed
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Elexo is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

6. Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided they are completely unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability
